What is Cranial Sacral Therapy (cst)?

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a manual therapy that uses light touch to assess and treat tensions and fluids in and around the central nervous system. The cranial sacral system consists of the brain, spinal cord and sacrum. Treatment helps to restore cranial bone mobility, release myofasial restrictions, optimize cerebal spinal fluid flow and ease restrictions of nerves. CST increases the body's own ability to self-regulate, self-correct, and self-heal therefore can be successful in treating many conditions. It is a gentle hands-on modality that is safe and beneficial for all ages.
